Both properties of Benicha Luxury Villas are located in the gated beach area of Escondido Bay also known as Playa Laguna II. The location is central to everything you'll want to experience on the North Coast. Villa Esencia Espanola is within a five minute drive to downtown Sosua and ten minutes away from Cabarete. The villa is a short walk to the communities own private beach in Playa Laguna. 

You'll also be surrounded by the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean including, Playa Sosua, Playa Alicia, Kite Beach and Cabarete to name a few. Fun, excursions, water-sports, or romance is all located within a very short radius!

Both villas come with complimentary concierge services. Our concierge and management staff can assist you with coordinating excursions, connecting you with local hotspots, specialized needs, private tours, translators, and more! Experience what the North Coast has to offer while maximizing your stay!

As an added benefit, we can also provide and coordinate private chef's and drivers. Additional fees apply. 

Things To Do

There is so much to do on the North Coast. The neighborhood is a safe short walk to Sosua Ocean Village resort. There you can enjoy fine dining, bars and restaurants, water park, gym, and exclusive ocean views. Also nearby is the International Tennis Center and Laguna SOV - a family entertainment area that consists of a huge outdoor and indoor park for children of different ages.

There are plenty of water activities to do in kite surfing, cave diving, scuba and snorkeling, banana boat, yacht rental, and more! For the adventurer, we recommend the 27 Waterfalls of Damajagua, DuDu Lagoon, zip lining, or an ATV adventure!

For the golf enthusiasts, the villa is also located 35 minutes away from the Playa Dorada Golf Course and Puerto Plata.

Events

Villa Esencia Espanola and surrounding Playa Laguna is also suitable for beach weddings, wedding parties, and alternative venues with ocean view backdrops. Additional fees apply for larger host venues.
